For a premium furniture retailer in Ukraine, we set up e-commerce tracking in Google Ads. Month over month (April → May 2025), ROAS went from 1121% to 4322% while the budget grew by 32%. One large kitchen order contributed to May revenue.
A premium Italian furniture retailer in Ukraine with a network of showrooms and an online store. The name and revenue figures are not shown.
For more than a year, revenue analytics did not work: campaigns ran, but nobody could see what they actually brought, so it was impossible to cut waste or scale. The client wanted to see real numbers and reach a stable ROAS of 300%+ in Shopping campaigns.
The site started reporting real sales from ads to Google Ads.
Full audit of 20+ campaigns; loss-making ones were switched off right away.
New bidding strategies, a new Shopping campaign that scaled without losing efficiency, and Search plus Performance Max for brand reach.
Geo targeting, budgets, campaign structure and the products shown in ads.
| Metric | Result |
|---|---|
| Channel | Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search) |
| Market | Ukraine |
| ROAS, April 2025 | 1121% |
| ROAS, May 2025 | 4322% |
| Purchases | about 2x month over month |
| Budget change | +32% |
Honest caveat: one very large kitchen order contributed to May revenue, and buyers chose more expensive products than in previous months, so not all of the growth comes from the ads alone.
Real reports from the project. Campaign names and revenue amounts in UAH are blurred under NDA; the key events and ROAS columns are left as they are.
